When we sent out feelers in search of a publisher for the Survival Guide, Hippocrene showed interest but wanted the book to be in dictionary form.  So this is what we came up with. It’s missing about  50% of the contents  of the original book, because not everything can be forced into dictionary mode. It required a great deal of work.
